BotBlocker.Pro offers advanced bot detection and prevention services, enabling users to distinguish between legitimate visitors and automated bots. Our platform provides location tracking based on IP addresses and other visitor analytics services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service, details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using BotBlocker.Pro, you consent to our Privacy Policy and practices.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age as per the laws of your country to use BotBlocker.Pro services. There are no geographical restrictions to accessing our services, but users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, national, and international laws.
4. Account and Security
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
5. Payment, Refunds, and Package Replacement
5.1 Payment
Payment is required according to the subscription package selected. We offer monthly and quarterly options.
Invoices will be automatically generated for renewals.
Prices are subject to change.
5.2 Refunds
Refunds are not available. We do not guarantee that all features will function at all times.
5.3 Package Replacement
New packages replace old ones. If you exceed your package quota, you must purchase a new package.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use BotBlocker.Pro services lawfully and ethically. Any use of the platform that violates laws, regulations, or our policies is prohibited.
6.2 Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Using the services for any illegal purposes, including copyright infringement, fraud, or harassment.
Disrupting, hacking, or interfering with BotBlocker.Pro services or systems.
Engaging in spam, unsolicited advertisements, or phishing.
Sharing harmful content, such as defamatory, obscene, or violent material.
Distributing personal or confidential information without authorization.
Violating intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademark infringement.
Linking to other URL shorteners or redirection services (often used to mask malicious behavior)
Promoting or linking to unethical content, including but not limited to: “get rich quick” schemes, pyramid schemes, paid “self-help” programs, deceptive competitions, or sites that require users to complete paid surveys.

Users must take appropriate measures to protect their account information and ensure that their activities do not violate the rights of third parties or any applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

Violations of these terms will result in immediate account suspension or termination. Legal action may be pursued in cases of significant or repeated breaches.

7.1 Service Availability
BotBlocker.Pro strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be available or free from defects. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or unforeseen events may cause temporary service disruptions.
7.2 Data Accuracy
We work hard to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data provided by our services. However, due to the complex nature of algorithms and databases, errors may occur. Users are advised to exercise caution when relying on our services for critical purposes.
7.3 No Warranty
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.4 Compensation
In the event of service malfunctions, BotBlocker.Pro may offer compensation in the form of an additional account request quota. This quota will not exceed the equivalent of one month's subscription fee and will serve as the sole remedy available for service disruptions.
7.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BotBlocker.Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill resulting from:

7.8 Scheduled Security Checks

While we strive to enhance platform safety, these scans are performed on a scheduled basis and are not continuous or real-time. As such, we cannot guarantee that all threats will be identified or prevented. By using our services, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to promptly report any suspected issues or false negatives for review.
8. Account Closure
To close your account, submit a request. We will deactivate your account and delete your data.
Non-payment may result in account suspension and temporary data storage, but we cannot guarantee long-term storage.
Inactive accounts (no subscription for 3 months) may be deleted to maintain performance.
We may close your account unilaterally if you violate our policies.
